1. Service Description

The Paraguay Plan provides professional consultation and administrative guidance for individuals seeking Paraguay residency. Our services include document preparation guidance, process navigation, and support throughout the Paraguay residency application process (Cédula de Identidad de Extranjero).

2. Service Packages and Pricing

We offer three service packages, all priced in USD:

  • Standard — USD $2,500
  • Express — USD $3,000
  • VIP — USD $4,500

Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and is subject to change for new engagements. Specific deliverables for each package are communicated during your consultation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USD Coin (USDC). A deposit is required to commence services; the remaining balance is due as agreed during the onboarding process. All transactions are final upon confirmation on the blockchain.

4. No Legal Advice

The services provided by The Paraguay Plan are administrative and consultative in nature only. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes legal advice. 5. Limitation of Liability

Residency approval is granted at the sole discretion of the Government of Paraguay. The Paraguay Plan makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any residency application. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engaged. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or changes in Paraguayan immigration law or procedure.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Asuncion, Paraguay.
